COOP Candidate Referral Form
Thank you for referring eligible candidates to the COOP Careers Fellowship. 

Submitting this form will automatically email an invitation to your referral to submit an Interest Form and schedule an Information Session with us. As a refresher, our eligibility requirements are below: 

COOP Eligibility Requirements
  • You graduated (or will graduate) with a bachelor's degree within the last 10 years
  • You are unemployed and do not have significant, full-time, professional work experience, OR  
  • You are underemployed (meaning you make under $50k and/or your current job doesn't require a degree)
  • You are a U.S. citizen or legally authorized to work in the U.S. without restriction
  • You are at least 21 years old
  • You are a first-generation or low income college graduate 
  • You live in or near a city that we serve
