Fall 2025 Interest Form

Thank you for your interest in COOP! This is the first step in the application process to be considered for our career accelerator fellowship.

Before submitting your interest form, please take a second to review our eligibility criteria below:
  • You graduated (or will graduate) with a bachelor's degree between 8/14/2015 and 8/14/2025
  • You are unemployed and do not have significant, full-time, professional work experience, OR  
  • You are underemployed. One or more of the following applies to you:
  1.  You earn less than $50,000 per year
  2. You are working in a position that does not require a college degree
  3. You are working less than 35 hours a week
  • You are a U.S. citizen or legally authorized to work in the U.S. without restriction
  • You are at least 21 years old
  • You are a first-generation or low income college graduate 
  • You live in or near a city that we serve 
Important note for the Fall 2025 cohort: The COOP Careers Fellowship is part of a study and applicants will be selected for a limited number of spots through a lottery-like process.

Please note: To be eligible for our program, you must live within two hours' commuting distance of the city you are applying to AND within one of the following states: NY, CT, NJ, IL, IN, CA, or FL.

Program Eligibility


Underemployed means that you make under $50k/year, and/or your current role does not require a bachelor's degree. In this case, "full-time, professional work experience" does not include temporary, contract, or fixed-term roles, nor roles that did not offer healthcare benefits. COOP is a program for those seeking to launch their careers for the first time. If you're unsure if you meet this requirement, please reach out to your region's recruiting coordinator. 


Answer YES if you are a U.S. citizen, a permanent resident, a DACA recipient, etc.. Note: Unfortunately, we currently do not have the appropriate resources to support those seeking employer sponsorship for work authorization status.   


If your parents (or parent, if you grew up in a single parent household) do not hold a bachelor's degree from a United States institution, you are considered a first generation college graduate.

State financial aid could include: TAP (NY), Cal Grant (CA), MAP Grant (IL), FSAG (FL)
